The Himalayan mountains
appeared so tall & grand
the peaks snow covered
as the weather cleared
We began our trek
from Manali’s footsteps
our camp left behind
a few groups went ahead
The air so clean
supported with a little green,
snow & blue sky
made the combination
so breathtaking!
The views never ending
changing with nature’s wish,
so much of ecosystem
happy thoughts flashed within
Villages simple and calm
added a touch of culture
to the landscape overall
Had some food served by a local
the kindness will never be forgotten
There’s a different charm
to this part of the world
A place, one must experience!
